The 4 th and 10 th tips seem just alright. A good pet and a good wife. Numbers 6, 1, and 7 clash. A rich man is wont to sleep more and smoke.

For antioxidants, try fresh, slender carrots in the winter season. Wash them with water and eat them raw as I do. They come really cheap, as I just bought them yesterday evening. Never purchased anything so cheap - just a dime.

Deepak Chopra, the well known new-age guru says to change the print out of the body you need to change the software of the mind. A health columnist in today's newspaper agreed and went on to say how mind and heart are connected. People who are freindly, modest and easy going sail through the problems of life effortlessly.
I think if only one can find joy in struggling with life - then life can become less disturbing. A TV actress commited suicide yesterday, saying she was fed up with life. Or rather its problems perhaps. But most of these are created, often with malice and intent. If only one can remove these from one's own mind - remove the anger and sense of losing - then perhaps we can march ahead, which is the main thing.
